Q1: What products do you manufacture
A: We specialize in R&D, manufacturing and sales of home energy storage systems. Our main products include wall-mounted home storage systems (5-20kWh), stackable home storage systems (10-20kWh with parallel expansion), all-in-one home storage systems (integrating MPPT, BMS, inverter, EMS), balcony solar storage systems, and off-grid home storage systems. The core components of a home storage system are photovoltaic modules (power generation), storage batteries (energy storage).
Q2: What industries are your products used in?
A: Our products are suitable for daily household power supply, PV-coupled storage (storing excess daytime power for nighttime use), emergency backup power (automatic switchover during grid failures), peak-valley tariff management (charging at low rates, discharging at peak rates to save costs), and off-grid residential standalone power supply. They can also serve as backup power for small commercial premises (shops, farms, hotels, etc.).
Q3: Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes. We offer custom production based on your drawings, technical specifications or samples. Battery capacity, appearance design, BMS parameters and system functions can all be tailored to your needs. We provide both OEM (client provides brand and design) and ODM (we provide one-stop service from product design to production) cooperation models.
Q4: Can I customize the packaging?
A: Yes, neutral or custom logo packaging is available upon request.
Q5: Are your products certified?
A: Our products have obtained or are applying for multiple international certifications: North American market UL 9540 (storage system safety) and UL 1973 (storage lithium battery safety, including burn testing, overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, thermal shock testing, etc.); European market CE certification (IEC/EN 62619 battery safety, EN 62477-1 electrical safety); UN38.3 for transport safety; and CEC certification for the Australian

A: We offer free e-brochures.
Q7: How can I get a quotation?
A: Please send your requirements (including capacity needed, product type, quantity, target market, special requirements, etc.) to our email /whatsapp and leave your contact information. We will provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
Q8: Can you do EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP terms?
A: Yes, we support various Incoterms. Main shipping ports are Shanghai 、 Ningbo and Shenzhen.

A: We serve clients in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.
Q10: Can I get a sample first? How long does it take?
A: Yes, samples are available. It usually takes 3–7 days depending on the complexity.
